Completed her MS Clinical Psychology and BS Psychology from Institute of Professional Psychology. She is an associate psychologist at Umeed e Nau clinic and a consultant at Consult A Psychologist. She has conducted one on one and group therapy sessions at various institutions as well as provided training workshops to teachers and mental health care professionals. She has worked as a remedial teacher and as an ABA therapist.
She has expertise working with young adults, teenagers, children, parents and teachers. She has experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD and autism. She has provided relationship counselling, parental counselling, counselling to women, teenagers and young adults for day to day mental health issues. She providegroup sessions and awareness sessions as well to women, teenagers, young adults and children. She has expertise in designing plans for children for overcoming concentration, anger, hyperactivity and low self-esteem issues. Aisha also provide psycho-education to parents and teachers for better handling of children.
